The customer is responsible for the organization and the costs of the return shipment. As soon as we receive the package, we will check the condition of the goods and initiate the refund.
We deliver directly to your home by courier. Alternatively, you can choose at the end of the ordering process whether you would prefer to collect the goods from various pick-up points. Orders will only be delivered if the previous deliveries have already been paid for.
