pursuant to Art. 13 and 14 of the European Union Regulation No. 679/2016 (hereinafter: General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR), and with reference to your personal data, of which Oehler Peter & Co. OHG, Kleine Lauben 8a, I-39042 Brixen (BZ), obtains knowledge in the course of using our online services, we hereby inform you of the following:

2) Objective of the data processing.

Data processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of operating the website and selling our goods via the online store. The data is also processed for the purpose of fulfilling tax and accounting obligations. In particular, we process the data that we need to fulfill our contractual obligations, such as name, address, e-mail address, products ordered, invoice and payment data.

You can also create a user account on our website. For new registrations, we collect your master data (e.g. name, address), communication data (e.g. e-mail address) and payment data (bank details) as well as access data (user name and password), which are required to provide this service.

3) Subscribe to the newsletter.

Subscription to the newsletter is granted by entering the e-mail address and can be revoked at any time. The registration data is only stored for as long as it is required for sending the newsletter. The purpose of this data processing is to add you to our newsletter recipient list and to be able to inform you by e-mail about our company's initiatives/events/news.

4) Modalities of data processing.

  1. a) Data processing is carried out by means of the processing operations or series of operations described in Art. 4 para. 1 letter a) of the GDPR: Collection, storage, organization, retention, consultation, processing in the strict sense, alteration, selection, retrieval, comparison, use, linking, blocking, transfer, erasure and destruction of data.
  2. b) The processing operations may be carried out with or without the aid of electronic or otherwise automated means.
  3. c) Data processing is carried out by the data controller and/or the data processor.

5) Legal basis for the processing of personal data.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data, which is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract, the operation of the website and the sale of goods via the online store within the meaning of point 2, is Art. 6, para. 1, lit. b of the GDPR.

The legal basis for the processing of your data in the context of the user account is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 a) GDPR. You can delete your user account at any time by sending a request to the contact details of the controller Oehler Peter & Co OHG listed in the legal notice of the website www.oehler-fashion.it

Your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 a) in conjunction with Art. 7 GDPR serves as the legal basis for subscribing to our newsletter in point 3. You can withdraw your consent to receive the newsletter at any time and thus unsubscribe from the newsletter.  

6) Refusal to disclose the data.

Any refusal on the part of the data subject to disclose personal data in accordance with point 4 shall have the consequence that the activity within the meaning of point 2, in particular the sale of goods via the online store, cannot be carried out.

7) Transmission of the data.

The personal data may be made accessible to the persons in charge of processing and may also be communicated to external employees, logistics service providers, companies or joint offices that offer support and advice in the areas of accounting, administration, law, taxes, finance, advertising and marketing and, in principle, to all those legal entities to whom this data must be communicated for the correct fulfillment of the objectives set out in point 2.

8) Dissemination of data and profiling.

Personal data is not disseminated and is not subject to exclusively automated processing, including profiling.

9) Transmission of data abroad.

In principle, your personal data will only be processed within the company. Personal data may be transferred to member states of the European Union and to third countries within the scope of the objectives of point 2 if this is necessary for the performance of our services, in particular the delivery of goods.

10) Duration of storage.

The personal data processed for the purposes specified in point 2 will only be stored for the duration of the contract and the service offered and in any case for as long as required by the statutory provisions and regulations to which Oehler Peter & Co. OHG is subject.

11) Rights of the data subject.

As a data subject within the meaning of the GDPR, you are entitled to exercise specific rights, including the right to obtain information from the controller about the processed data in accordance with Art. 15 of the GDPR and the right to have this data made available in an intelligible form; in accordance with Art. 16 of the GDPR, you also have the right to request the rectification of inaccurate personal data without undue delay; the user also has the right to request the erasure of the data (Art. 17 GDPR) and to request the controller to restrict the processing of the data (Art. 18 GDPR); you also have the right to receive the personal data in a structured and commonly used format and to transmit it to another controller without hindrance from the controller (Art. 20 GDPR); you can also object to the processing of personal data at any time in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR.

The data subject may withdraw consent at any time; the withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Autorità Garante per la protezione dei dati personali - www.garanteprivacy.itwithin the meaning of Art. 77 GDPR.
