Returns Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. Orders from our online store can be returned within this return period. The costs for returns will be charged to the buyer. Exchanges Online orders can be exchanged within the 14-day exchange period. The goods must be unworn and in perfect condition. The costs for the exchange will be charged to the buyer. Please notify us of your wish to return or exchange a product by e-mail to sabine@oehler-fashion.it. Please state the order number, name of the product and the desired exchange. The customer is responsible for the organization and the costs of the return shipment. As soon as we receive the package, we will check the condition of the goods and initiate the refund.
We deliver directly to your home by courier. Alternatively, you can choose at the end of the ordering process whether you would prefer to collect the goods from various pick-up points. Orders will only be delivered if the previous deliveries have already been paid for.
